Livestream Video from PSYNC Genie To YouTube Live

I’m hoping for some help from the PSYNC Community (I posed on the small Facebook Group page as well).  I’m trying to set up a LiveStream for my pet ferret using the Genie S, but cannot find the port to use or if it supports RTSP Network Protocol.  I see that there is a Psync Labs Livestream page so I’m guessing that this is possible?  Any help would be great because I’m a novice at setting this up.  I have OBS downloaded, but was unable to get a stream to that as well.
