2. Fixed Google Box Connectivity Issues
Connectivity issues with Google Box have been resolved, allowing you to enjoy richer functionalities and services.

3. Resolved Mosaic and Incorrect Duration Display in Playback Videos
Say goodbye to mosaic issues in playback videos and inaccurate duration displays. This fix ensures you can accurately review every crucial moment.

4. Fixed Recognition Issues for Some “Event” Tags
Recognition issues for certain “Event” tags have been addressed, ensuring timely notifications for important events and enhancing your home security.

5. Optimized Video Stuttering During PTZ Rotation
Video stuttering during PTZ rotation has been optimized, providing a clearer view of every corner and ensuring you don’t miss any important details.

Update Steps:
Ensure your device is connected to the internet.
1. Upon opening the app, if there is an update notification, please follow the prompts.
2. If you do not receive a notification, you can access the firmware upgrade menu within the app. The specific path is: “Top left corner avatar → Firmware Upgrade”.
3. Select the device that requires an update.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Please note that the update process may take a few minutes; do not turn off your device during this time. The device may automatically restart once the update is complete.
